Service sooo slow. Drive thru is ridiculously slow. Waited 10+ minutes to get to the drive up many times. Inside isn't much better. Then it takes 5+ minutes to complete a transaction. Tellers blame it on the system. As a prior credit union manager, this is really disappointing.

TL;DR I have no affiliation with this place other than an average customer.. The other responses are inaccurate and this place is outstanding. The post is long because I have responded to their statements... Post: @420 420 your name is "420 420" and my 5 year old children know how to spell the word "very". You should remove your review as you don't appear comprehensive enough to have an opinion. @rachelle baker, @sammy anime, @ashley riding. I disagree with the slow service statements. Your comments are very accurate to the roseville location, however, that is a different place than this one. I have been coming here for the past 3 years and the roseville location the past 6 years prior. Roseville location for me has earned a terrible rating, not due to a single experience buy many over time. Being an optomist, I moved and stuck with the bank. This specific location has treated me wonderful. I always go inside. I would agree that the drive thru has some lag time. The staff in person always make sure that my children leave with a sucker even when I forget... Matter of fact I am here right now (which is why I am writing this review, I decided to go through the drive thru and get some more experience) I told my daughters that they had to have breakfast before they could have a sucker but the gentleman at the drive thru recognized me and even remembered my daughters favorite colors (pink and purple) and gave me corresponding suckers of that color, without e even asking.. THAT IS IMPRESSIVE. To give you an understanding of what's going on... I just got astounding service as I was mod-way through this review. That is proof alone that this location is superb. My drive thru experience was about 8 mins of a wait and less than 3 mins at the window... Including that I had to send the carrier twice because I forgot to include my license. Today is Friday may 27th, 2016, I visited around 9:10ish. I couldn't be happier with this bank and will continue to stay with them.

I use this location. . It's a service center for other credit union members. .. I've Never waited long here.. always had a friendly teller.. always helpful... always clean...

The WORST! Left for 3 months to Australia, had taken out my money left like $10 in just because I feel more comfortable with something in my account. Used my other account with Flag star for my trip, never touched my CFCU account. Three months later I come home, no phone calls or anything from CFCU, another month later after settling back in from being away I go to put money in to build my account again, all these fees and over drafts. Never touched the account once on my trip or when I was back home, and never used that account to pay bills, all of a sudden fees for their "bill paying" service like that I never used. Over $200 in over drafts accumulated and not a single phone call about it, I spoke to someone about it and they told me too bad so sad, They refunded me like $43 but was still out around $200 still, after I made the argument that I have never done my bills through them ever! But they wouldn't wave the over draft caused by their fees. I closed my account and NEVER again will have a personal account with them or for my business. Caused by a fee my account NEVER had before ever until I was gone, and I never signed up for their bill services. Not even a phone call that the account was over drafted after so much time went by, and rude service over the whole thing. NEVER again!
