I'm very leery to have them handling my account. I have waited 3 weeks for them to help me login online!

Terrible customer service. I have an ATV loan with them, I have yet to hear from them, I have paid 3 payments without any type of confirmation of payment. Also, all emails to the company are "return to sender" because the mailbox is full. I have used multiple emails on their site. Very disappointed with this bank.

10+ years no problems, walk in service is great. always prepared to answer questions or find answers. online services have great tools for sending money to any person you need to. resetting password is as easy as walking in and asking them to reset it.
