People driven is a great credit union i never have in problems the loans department is excellent the lady work hard to help i get response fast

I am a former member of this credit union. They have absolutely terrible customer service, they lag behind even large banks when it comes to features, promotions, services, etc. Encountered more random little fees here than at bank of america or chase. Tellers are regularly having their own conversations, Loan officers are blatantly rude and unresponsive, loan rates and offers are worse than major banks certainly not competitive with other credit unions. If you are looking to emulate your big bank experience of feeling like no one wants to help you in any way, look no further, People's Driven is as close to a major bank as you can get.

I've been with this location more than 10yrs, I've always had great service with no problems.

Been with them for 3 years tried to receive a loan of 1000 and was denied for length of employment. Just a year ago I had a loan for 1300 it they was fine with that. Glad to have michigan first credit union they helped me out when I just found a new job
