I came in to have the diamond ring I was proposing to my now fiancée with - and left extremely pleased. Not only did they do an excellent job with the appraisal process and connecting me with Jewelers Mutual for the insurance, but they additionally inferred exactly the right size of her finger just by a couple pictures. This meant no wasted gold and a perfect fit of my diamond ring on my fiancée's ring finger - obviously a very important moment in my life which was made far less stressful by Norman's expertise.

This is my new favorite jewelry shop! The pieces on the floor are beautiful, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, and their pawn loans are super fair. I became a customer not too long ago but I look forward to coming in for years to come. Thank you Ricky, Ben, and Nick for everything!

I never got around to writing a review. The only excuse I have I was so excited about getting married lol I forgot : ) However this place deserves the great review am about to leave. Rewind 3 years ago I was nervous and broke. More broke than nervous. I found the girl of my dreams and new she deserved the best. I shopped around before I ended up here by default. I looked everywhere from big box stores like Kay Jewelers to small mom and pop shops all with the same results trying to be pressured into buying something I did not want or can afford. Then I came greeted by a man named Chris (easy to remember cause that's my name) I told him story and with a smile he said I have a beautiful ring for you. He should me this ring and I was shocked!!! It was gorgeous. My first though ohhh boy I cant afford this. Chris was so cool and no pressure . You can tell the guy and rest the staff cared. He said flat out when do you need this by? I told him the date and his exact words don't stress we can set a payment plan that is comfortable for you. Indeed it was comfortable and the stress lifted off my shoulders. We agreed on a very reasonable total payment. The ring had proper documentation and it looked like the person didn't even wear it. Soon as I got home I researched the crap out of this ring based on the color, cut and clarity. Nothing I mean nothing came close to the price I just negotiated with him. Months later I made my final payment. His promise came true a ring that was flawless and an appraisal to match it with the exact description of number of diamonds , weight and clarity! No bait and switch hear! He spent extra time cleaning it for me and it came in a gorgeous box. Well my wife loved it! Till this day she gets compliment after complement. Thanks guys for all your help. You saved me money and most important piece of mind I made the best decision. For anybody on the fence this place rocks and takes good care of you!

Normans Jewelry and Loan, I cannot recommend it enough. Ben and Nick Frank go the extra mile for their customers. I had an old silver ring that I never wore and Nick suggested I bring it in to get rose gold plated. The rose gold changed the look of the whole ring and now I never take it off. Such a smart way to elevate an old ring. I also worked with Nick on a custom ring. He was fun to work with and immediately got my vision and created something better than I imagined. I was very happy with the price of it too. I keep going back to Normans to work with Ben and Nick because I know I'm going to get the best service, the best deals and the best experience.
