You know, honestly I'm surprised there's been this many negative reviews. I haven't had a single problem with them so far. When I've needed to call customer service, I'm taken care of and off the phone in less than 10 minutes (which in customer service time is a rarity) and considering my less than desirable credit score the interest isn't too bad.

Don't use this company at all.they lie cheat and steal your money.get your car loan anywhere else but not this company.

This is the absolute WORST company as far as customer service goes!!! They employees are so utterly rude it's ridiculous!!!!! They treat you like crap if you're struggling to make your payments and they make you feel bad about it!!!!!! Mrs Pratt is one of the worst supervisors I've ever spoken to in my life! She claimed that I was "making excuses" when I couldn't pay my full car payment because of a situation that happened with my bank account that I had no control over!!! I spoke with another representative before and he was getting all up in my business asking why I couldn't make a full payment and basically attacking me for not being able to do so!! I seriously don't understand why everyone with this company are such a**holes!! How is this company still up and running if they treat customers like crap!?! I hope this company gets shut down and everyone loses their jobs, that would be exactly what they deserve!! i hate this company so much and I hate dealing with them!

They never bother me lol, never had an issue they have even worked with me on a few payments. They also have a way to pay your payment directly from your paycheck!

• Worst customer service I have ever had. Spoke to a women named Kendra, her extension is 1283 if you get her for service request someone else. She not only hung up on me twice, but she put me on hold while I was in the middle of talking. The manager wouldn't take my call in direct negotiation for a client, would only speak through account manager. which tells me he/she is unqualified for their role within the company. If you can qualify for credit anywhere else do it. This place is a poor poor representation of a businesses. I wish I could give them a lower score.
