Awful experience. No communication, wrong information given to me at closing so I had to run back to the bank in the middle of closing, AND... appraisal took them 3 weeks to schedule. NEVER AGAIN!

First time home buyers beware! No guidance given throughout the buying experience. Closing costs were inflated drastically! Verbal agreements and documentation were conflicting(underwriting fees). If you are looking for help through this process do not come here unless you want to be house broke! Mortgage broker did not even show up to closing.
