The staff here are great. I have purchased my second car now through them. In the beginning it had some coolant loss issues, but they stuck by their warranty and had everything fixed. I am very happy with my service, and with them. Used cars require a little more upkeep and maintenance. People need to keep this in mind when purchasing a used vehicle.

Didn't allow me to choose the vehicle. Told me what they had that I was approved for. Luckily it was a vehicle I was interested in. Disliked the fact that I was told they would report my payments every month to the credit agencies. Only reported it to one, and even then they only reported the first 2 months and nothing since which has negatively impacted my credit scores.

Purchased a 04 Jeep liberty from them. Lost my job and found a job in a different state. They reposed the Jeep without warning. Tried calling several times to remedy the situation never received a call back just a letter in the mail saying it was reposed because we moved out of state without giving them 30 days notice. My advice stay away from this company.

Never in my life have I had as many problems. My ex bought a car back in 2008 the transmission stopped working in their parking lot seat belts wouldn't work and to this day the are doing hard credit inquiry on me. And my name wasn't on the car
