This is my first credit union. I have been going here for 40 years. They are more than happy to take your money. They do not want to give any kind of customer service. For the past 6 months they have been messing with the online banking. For 6 months I have had to drive 40 miles one way to straighten my account out. They just recently changed the interface for online banking and again messed my account up. I need to pay bills. Looks like I will be late this month. They offered no help. "Sorry, there is nothing we can do, we have had over 250 people come in the past two days and we couldn't help them either.". She also had people coming up interupted us while she was talking to me. Phone would ring in the middle of our conversation and she would stop talking to me and take care of them. I've had it. I'm closing my account.
