I went into this place a few summers ago for the first time. I was wearing sunglasses and a baseball hat. The teller said if I come back in there I would have to take off my hat and glasses. There was no sign on the door that said anything about that. It made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. I've never returned and probably wont.

I went here because I am a member of a different Credit Union, and OUR credit union acts as a shared branch location, or "credit union service center." My transaction was quick and pleasant, even on a Friday morning.
