had to wait an hour to talk to some one to open an account and then the lady was a really big b I t c h.... so we end up leaving and going some were else... I wound never go there again and I would never tell any one to go there ether...

3 DAYS AND I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY BALANCE, WHAT CHECKS HAVE CLEARED, I CAN'T TRANSFER FUNDS ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO DARN CHEAP TO GET A REAL INTERNET CONNECTION INSTEAD OF USING UNSECURED DSL LINE (WHICH IS PROBABLY AGAINST THE LAW). AND WHEN THEY GET LOUD WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS THATS COMPLETELY MESSED UP UP. ME: "I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AND I CAN'T RUN MY BUSINESS". IGNORANT EMPLOYEE AT ARC: "DO YOU THINK YOU ARE OUR ONLY CUSTOMER"? AVOID THIS CRAP HOLE AT ALL COSTS FOLKS. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW ACH TRANSACTIONS WORK AND WHAT THE TRANSACTION CODES STAND FOR I JUST ABOUT GOT YELLED AT. WHY? BECAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT CLEARING HOUSE CODES ARE AND MEAN. I SWEAR, ARC CREDIT UNION IS THE WORST CREDIT UNION FILLED WITH IGNORANT LAZY EMPLOYEES WHO SIT AROUND ALL DAY AND DON'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT COLLECTING A PAYCHECK. I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE HALF OF OUR BILLS AUTO-BILLED SO I CAN LEAVE THEM IN A NEW YORK MINUTE. ONLINE BANKING BEEN DOWN FOR 4 DAYS NOW. NO BACKUP OR FAILOVER. SO MUCH FOR A COMMUNITY CHURCH BASED CREDIT UNION. WORTHLESS. WHEN I ASKED WHEN CHECK IMAGINING IS COMING THE ANSWER WAS NEVER! WHAT? RUDE RUDE PEOPLE WHO THINK YOU OWE THEM AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

Terrible!!!! This actually used to be a good/fast/nice location. Currently if you go use the drive thru you can barely see if the lane is open or not. Usually you spend 10-20 minutes in the drive thru. Waiting inside is so annoying. They usually only have 2-3 cashiers open on a Friday. They are very slow. I've had a teller put money in the wrong account. Bad service. My biggest problem has been them holding my pay roll check. It's not fair. Terrible service. Find another bank. I would not recommend.
