Public Service Credit Union in Romulus, MI

I went in for a loan with a cosigner my cosigner has a 805 credit score. The small loan was to help build my credit but when they found out about my cosigner credit score they turn my loan down and try to get my cosigner to open a account. So if you are like me do not go here for help and you are not allowed to use their bathroom even if you are a member

Stay far away from public service credit union. Go to consumer affairs to see the real reviews. They Will Not help you " When life happens" as their motto says. Even if you have a good credit score and they can see the amount you direct deposited for 3 years.

Received horrendous treatment by PSCU. They sent me 10 letters a month of just junk. Apparently one was a note that for some reason requires an additional comment in your insurance policy, even though they're listed as a lien holder on the insurance binder. They took out an additional $1900 policy in my name (without authorization), without even so much as a phone call to me or my insurance company. The height of pathetic laziness. After numerous back and forth, the representative told me that they do this to every single loan, and literally 99% throw away the letter asking for this additional comment. They don't contact insurance. They don't call people. I asked them "if you know people don't notice this request, why do you keep doing it?" They just flat out told me they didn't want to talk to me anymore. Full blown 5-year old treatment from the representative at the desk, because of a simple question. They engage in highly predatory lending practices and I suggest getting loans through any other credit union or bank that you can find.
