Genisys Credit Union in Rochester Hills, MI

Very poor service.I called several times for an urgent matter, left messages but never got any response. Very frustrating!!!

TERRIBLE. I deposted a check at 1pm on friday, they are open saturday and today is monday at 6pm, two business days later a and my check still has not been deposited.

The American flag outside of this branch is at half-staff, for no apparent reason, and is horribly tattered. Why?

Been with this branch since I bought my house and transfer all my family accounts with them too. They have very low interest rate, which I loved on home and care loans, got both loans. I deal with Erika, she is sweet, professional and kind and helpful person. She also got me small personal loan approved as well. All over, all the staffs are nice nd friendly. Few of the staff Allready knows who I am and knows me by my name, get my transaction going before I can even pull my ID out. Thank you all.

Switched to do all my banking through Genysis over a year ago, overall I am very satisfied. I have two loans (auto and personal) and a mortgage through them. Very competitive rates throughout.
