Summit Home Mortgage, LLC in Portage, MI

Full disclosure, I am a Realtor for Summit's parent company, Jaqua Realtors. That having been said, I work with many lenders in the area, and do feel that Summit provides an exceptional experience for everyone. My clients are always extremely happy with the competitive rates, professionalism, and especially the quick turnaround times. I think the best endorsement was provided by another Realtor. We had a complicated transaction that tanked, and before we presented a salvage plan to the seller's mortgage company, I suggested we work with a particular lender from Summit. Before I had finished saying "Summit", she responded with "I love them! I won't have any problem selling them to the asset manager!" When the competition endorses you, I just don't think you can do any better.

Do not use this mortage company. Could not verify my income when i've worked plenty of full time jobs, then gave me a closing date then cancelled it and would not even allow me a co-signer.
