This is the WORST bank in Kalamazoo. The manager Jeff is the worst customer service person in the banking industry that I have ever dealt with. Our company has done business with this bank for over 15 years with several other managers and NEVER had any issues. This dude comes in and has no clue how to treat customers. We do MULTI MILLION dollars in business through them and they just lost us just because of Jeff. Go somewhere else!!

Can not say enough good things about this bank! They have treated us and our small business like we are their number one customer. They are professional, polite and really do know banking. We had been with our previous bank for almost 20 years, but the customer service was declining, when we met Jeff, we instantly knew this was the change we needed to make and are so happy we did!
