Michigan Mortgage Solutions has a view of the landscape and the experience that helped me understand how different mortgage offerings and companies work. I've purchased and refinanced a few homes over the years (in other states) - this was the most positive experience. His team was super patient and those last few days before closing were so much easier than in the past. I asked Jason Nolan "why should I work with you and Michigan Mortgage Solutions?", to which he replied, "because I take the time to be sure you understand all the details, including the fees that the different parties insert into the process. We don't add fees like other companies because our business model is different, and that's a benefit to the buyer." And so it was an easy solution for me to skip the bank and other mortgage company I was talking with. Also, Jason has a great sense of humor :-)
