Great service!! They always call you promptly and take calls all times of day or night to service you. Jim has been a great person to work with. I dealt with other places or banks in my past and this place has been the best to date.

The mortgage broker I had started in Texas off fine. Me and the Realtor repeatedly tried to get the document the preappoval letter she needed. He kept giving the run around for months. I spend a lot of time and money finding another mortgage broker. I paid over $1000.00 with a no money down Veterans Guaranteed Housing Loan. I had to start over with each mortgage company. This put my credit score in the toilet. Call the HQ and found that my mortgage broker was no longer with them. They wanted me to start all over with this company. This was not my fault the file is not found. This person has received all kinds of documents even government documents. They left me screwed instead of focusing on my case. I have to rebuild my credit score back up. I haven't left whole by this company.

Worst experience with the lender name katie white. Had to change the lender at the end. Unreliable.. I wish there was a negative star.

I don't even think they deserve 1 star. They hired a guy in that screwed me over. He worked for a different mortgage company that he was I think owner of supposedly but then he closed it after he preapproved me for it. I found my house and had inspections done. When it came time to get things together Neal Winnie then told me he moved to another company. I was then in contact with Jason and Kris. They then told me they couldn't help me and Jason S was quite rude with me. Neal kept telling me oh we can help you don't worry and started to string me along with the whole process. I lost the house was almost out $1,375 because the sellers tried to take the $1,000 I put down but finally got that back and still out $375 for inspections. I would never deal with anyone with this company if Neal is the type of people they hire in. Jason S wasn't any better he kept telling me and my realtor that we were doing things wrong when we were not. We did things the was my loan officer Neal who he hired told me to do. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
