Shoreline FCU in Muskegon, MI

This is the worst place to do banking. They make you open both a checking and savings account and then the charge you $5 every time you use the bank card... in 3 months they have take over $500 in transefer fees that they never explained until this week. My husband has been with them for almost 6 years and they changed their rules at the beginning of the year and never made sure their customers understood what changes they made. My husband and i are closing the account and won't ever go back there. At the beginning of this year they had an employee embezzling in my opinion they are making up for it in hiden fees and thats just bad business and unethical. Have a great day and find another credit union cause this on is not worth your time.
