It was my first bank. Was fine in high school but have moved on, no longer my primary bank. Lots of fees for things like overdrafts.

They don't help you unless your a Dow employee very rude to there members definitely switching credit unions

I've banked here since I was a kid. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with a particular loan processor a few years back who was difficult and screwed up just about everything having to do with my loan, but other than her, I've been very happy working with this institution.
