Worst bank ever, they'll change your account up, hit you with bounce fees, and before you're aware of what happened you're over a grand in debt. If you try to reason or negotiate they will deny every offer and demand the full amount. You take them to court and their lawyers will delay and postpone everything for months or more. By the time you get a chance to be heard, you've already racked up more than you owe. It's bullshit.

If I would give this location no stars I would! The worst customer service just today I was sitting in the Drive-Thru window for about 5 minutes and if I did not ask them if they seen my deposit I would probably still be sitting there! The girl that came to the window said they didn't hear it come through?!?! one of the managers Michelle was sitting right at the computer I'm pretty sure she heard it!
