I won't recommend April brookins. She did poor job of communicating with me and my realtor. She had to call president to find what was going on. She wasn't never happy with doc I sent her. She was also not friendly. Very not dependable. I ended up losing my house and my 775.00. On the house. I'm very upset how I couldn't get my money back. She is bad mortgage lender. She don't respond back to u when I send her message or call her. If she would communicate with my realtor I think I would got my house. By rights, she owe me money I lost. I would never go Through this lender at this location..Livonia.

Beware of this company especially the Livonia location in Michigan ....I can't begin to tell you how much of a horrible homebuying experience this has been for me ...If I would have been warned before hand or would have even checked the reviews before hand I would not have dealt with them they're liars ...I was trying to close on a house for 2 months with them and still didn't get the house because of them just a waste of time money and energy I'm so very disappointed ...they should be out of business they don't deserve one star that was the only way to give rating please don't waste your time with this company....I'm telling you it won't be a good experience....find another lender cause this one is bad news and i bet what ever good ratings are people they know or themselves are rating it don't be fooled!!!!!

April made my home buying experience much easier than I ever thought it would be. She was patient and flexible with me and the tons of questions that I would ask throughout the day. She was very thorough and up front regarding the process and cost associated with buying a new home. And boy was she efficient, after our offer was accepted we closed in about a month! I randomly mentioned my daughters birthday was approaching so later that week I went to her office to sign some documents and she had a little gift waiting for my baby girl. What a awesome person and mortgage banker!
