Avoid at all costs. I had a very simple mortgage. I was purchasing a home from a family member. It took them 6 months to get their heads on straight and process the mortgage. It took 3 months to get the initial appraisal completed.

Terrible service!!! Had to switch to a diffrent company because they have no idea what they are doing. I almost lost the house an Im out close to 2 grand because of these idiots. Not to mention we have caught them in many lies. Trust me nothing simple about this place besides the people there.

Horrible company. They have lied many times and actually have a scam artist named Scott Finch who works with them. He will take your money and run! The list is too long to detail everything. Just know they have zero integrity and you should AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
