I moved away from the area and when I decided to return, I knew that I wanted to buy a house rather than rent. Buying a house from a few states away was not easy but Shelly and her team worked very diligently to get my mortgage completed. They worked under a very tight timeline and did everything necessary to have the keys in my hands when I returned. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, courtesy, understanding and overall "down to earth" personalities. Thank you!

They were highly knowledgeable about the loan program that I qualified for and were able to get me additional financial assistance through state programs to help me purchase my home. Their communication was excellent. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and gave me updates so I knew that the process was still coming along. A friend of mine purchased his home through another company during the same time period and his process was not as smooth. I'm so grateful for the staff at AmeriFirst. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative.
