I went to withdraw money for a down payment on a new car and they gave me hassle as if I was stealing money from myself. If I ask for a certain amount and it's my money there should be no reason for all the questions and looks as if it's not mine. I mean one or two questions that's fine but asking who deposited the money and asking where it came from is like wow. whether it was tax money or not it's MINE.!!!!!

My favorite Chase branch to visit. Great conversations with the super helpful staff. They have solved issues I've had with cards while travelling, and have also helped with power-of-attorney matters. If you need questions answered, then this is where you should come!
