Tried to close my account now I'm paying over draft fees. I asked them how to clear it and they didnt give me a clear answer how to fight it.

15 plus minute wait to cash a check on Saturday morning. Not good.

Customer service is fairly rare now days, and so when exceptional service happens, it makes it all the more impressive. My daughter is living abroad and was having difficulty using her bank card. The issue was fairly urgent as she was about to get on a flight. Vanessa at the Kent City Branch worked through the issue which proved to be a little tricky at first. She was so polite, patient and reassuring. She also partnered with another staff member when she wasn't finding success. I very much appreciated the way in which Vanessa helped me today!!
