Had it not been for him, I may have simply given up. I also can't say enough about Dwaine, who helped me through every step of the application process. This guy doesn't work your typical 9-5 day. He gave me his personal contact information so I could call or text at anytime with any questions, and there were a lot. I was the seller of a home and the buyer had Kalamazoo mortgage as there lender... All I can say is wow!!! After they told us we had a clear to close the day of closing came and that morning we got a call saying they where not ready yet... I felt bad for the buyer who had already had everything ready to move in that day and even gave there notice at there previous apartment. My agent couldn't even get a straight answer until she called a supervisor. My advice would shop around for good quality lenders when making such a bid decision. Do yourself a favor and don't use Kalamazoo Mortgage. Im sure this review will be removed cause they they like to only leave up positive feedback..

I can't say enough about Kalamazoo Mortgage. I had a high interest rate on a 13 year old 30 year Mortgage. They got me into a 15 year fixed and I will now be saving a lot of money. They even found some oddities on my credit report I was unaware of. Eric T. helped me to get them resolved and it raised my credit score! Thanks again, everyone. You have a customer for life!
