The worst bank... they should honestly tear it down and build something more usefull like a Toys'R'us. Called well over 10 times with no answer. Drove there after one of my college courses to get money and found out they were "closed" even though the doors were open and there were still ladies at the desk. Complete bs

Absolutely without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with any financial institution. It took four phone calls to get someone to just answer (no call back ever) for a very simple question regarding a loan payoff. When someone finally decided to answer the phone they were really rude even though it was their fault that they lost the title. You're better off keeping your money in your freezer than with them! I wish I could rate them with a negative star.

Good experience with loans, personal and business accounts (with exception of unfamiliarity of them helping us with a loan for a used horse trailer and the need for appraisal of value).

Horrible customer service I was sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes to open and account for my son and was over looked several times than was asked what I was waiting for (after I was told to sit were I was sitting) come to find out there was some one in the back that "couldn't see me" and was on the computer the entire time....this happend once before as well. Do not bank here you will loose your valuable time
