Flagstar Bank in Harrison charter Township, MI

We have used this location for awhile now and always get greeted with professionalism.

Worst Flagstar location there is. It took me over an hour just to get help with an account, and it took them three separate times sending me a card in the mail. When I would call, weeks after I was suppose to get it they would blow me off and tell me just to keep waiting. I had to go to another bank for any help until I finally just never went back to this location.

I've been banking at this location for over 5 years. I've always found them to be a friendly, helpful staff!

Outstanding customer service!! Colby (manager) went way out of his way to help me out of a problem that was not the bank's issue, but rather, an oversight on my part. Thank you again Colby for your personal attention & help. Truly, customer service at it's best!
