Staff I cannot comment on, but when Sue was there it had a better overall feeling, small town atmosphere etc... Credit Union's are better in general, but this one is on the ridiculous side. They charge you to transfer YOUR money, in the event there is an overdraft. Which if you didn't have any money in your savings, I could fully understand a charge for over drafting the account. But a $10.00 fee? That's ludicris! Its my damn money, all ya gotta do is click 4 or 5 keys'/buttons. I am only on as a shared account member I would and will NEVER EVER have my own account here. As I use it minimally and being we moved across town, thank God for shared branches. I'd rate it negative stars if I was able.

Recently opened up a credit card through First United because they have some GREAT rates! I am working on trying to build my own credit and everyone there was so helpful in assisting to make sure I had what was best suited for me. Opened up a savings account as well. All was smooth, quick and easy and everyone was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend using First United as your bank!
