Dort Federal Credit Union in Grand Blanc, MI

Wow is all I can say. This place is a joke. The people who work here couldn't be more unprofessional, the wait times at the locations or on the phone are terrible, and you can't see your pending transactions online. I only went here because I had just moved and it was close by. I am definitely going to call around and find another credit union. I would recommend you do the same!

Horrible customer service. I had to wait 7 minutes to get my call answered from this branch. Give up and try their 866 number? Ya, that hangs up on you when you ask to speak to somebody. I took out a loan and received ZERO follow up emails or letters giving me options (godforbid a friendly reminder) on how to pay it off. When I called asking for help, the best I got was, "you should know the date from the docs you originally signed, so send us a check".

ATM is ALWAYS down for maintenance. Switched to Chase. ✌

Horrible credit union. Worst I've ever seen. Very rude. Deposited a check on a Saturday and was told it would be available in 24 hours. Its now Tuesday and the check is still not in my account. After calling them, i was told tomorrow morning, as long as the check doesn't bounce (in a snotty tone), which is not a possibility. WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION. THEY ARE THE WORST IN THE AREA BY FAR.
