Tellers ignored me for 5 minutes. I was the only customer in the bank and one in the drive thru. One of the tellers was on the phone with a customer. She was speaking loud enough that I heard all of the questions and answers about his personal and public account. Also was professional enough while helping him rolled her eyes. She was at the front desk. The tellers didn't seem to know the software very well. Maybe it may be a good idea to lose the old banks employees and bring in Huntington employees. This bank is 10 minutes from home and I'll be driving 30 minutes to the Howell Meijer to do my banking. Not a good experience.
