Before this merger I got screwed over by my own account because they never told me about the 3 dollar fee they charge if you put all your money in savings and none in checking. Now during this stupid merger, I can't access my OWN STINKING ACCOUNT online or on my phone because their servers are down. I'm going to Chase.

The manager is a joke. He is very rude and even insulted me. The new president of the ADVIA team won't even call me back. All this credit union cares about is money and don't care about its members or what they think. I would not bank here.

I've had a lot of problems with this credit union that have caused me to lose money, but they only require $5 to be in the account unlike several banks that are more than I can afford
