He was always available to help and to answer questions throughout the process of obtaining a VA loan for us. I was helped by Justin when no other lender would help. He bent over backwards to make it all happen! Also, the bed reviews on this thread may be valid, but I am pretty sure Justin stepped in on behalf of the company to correct the issues that were happening and implemented new customer service standards.
