If you ever have an issue with your loan, good luck getting it resolved. Took 5 months to get autopay set back up after changing banks. They make you change it in writing, but if you mail it, they will never get it. Most banks allow you to set that up online, but this bank is stuck in the 90s. They do have online access, but you can't do anything on there. When you talk to customer service, they never remember previous conversations so you have to plead your cases over and over. When they do say they will fix your issue, sometimes it gets fixed sometimes it doesn't. Even a written and signed letter stating something is being fixed doesn't mean it is.

Disclaimer. I stopped doing business here over a year ago. This place started charging more fees than any bank I had previously after I paid off a car loan and no longer had the auto payment on my account.

People complain about hours but, who goes inside anyway. Online bill pay works great. With direct deposit I'm not aware of ant fees. I quit DFCU with whom I was a member for 25 years because they started charging fees for everything
