MBFS is without a doubt a disservice to the brand. What a shame. I would give no stars but is wont let me.

the wort of the worst! I tired to change my billing address and it seems like no one there now how to read! because every month when I send my payment with updated address I still get bill from them at my old address. It's going to be 10 months now, I don't get it why they have "'new address form'' on the back page of their bill?? Never had this problem with different bank.

MBFS is THE WORST Financial Institution I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with a lot of companies in my time. MBFS has no customer support whatsoever. The company keeps sending me surveys and no one ever follows through or calls to rectify the problems I've experienced with their archaic website. Love the Mercedes product but recommend that if you are buying or leasing a Mercedes, do ANYTHING to finance through another company.

This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had for any institution. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I have spoken to over the last 3 weeks for my lease transfer has been horrifically incompetent. I have gone up 2 degrees to supervisor and the managing supervisor and they are completely incompetent. I believe they simply dont give a rats behind AT ALL. The only department that is prompt is the collections.....WHAT A SURPRISE.....DO NOT FINANCE ANYTHING THROUGH MERCEDES BENZ.......YOU WILL PAINFULLY REGRET IT.....I would give these clowns zero stars, but it is not possible.

I'm getting 35 months out of a 36 month (pre-paid) lease. They can't understand why I don't want to pay an extra $240 for scheduled maintenance when the lease expires only 3 weeks later. No flexibility or customer service at all. If I could give negative stars I would! Never again! Can't wait for the customer satisfaction survey to arrive.
