We deeply appreciated the friendliness and knowledge of the loan officers. We were new to buying a home and they walked us through the process, step by step, got us a low rate and we closed on time! :)

It was the worst nightmare experience dealing with this mortgage company! especially with the mortgage broker Tim Dolan, we lost the deal and thousands of dollars because of his ignorance, incompetent and negligence.. never go with this company!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF LOOKING FOR A RE-FINANCE!!!! To cut a very, very, very long story short, I was lied to from their Loan Officer, Michael Gross. From the very beginning of the process, Michael made it appear that if I increased the cost of my re-finance to cover my year-end taxes, I would receive my escrowed taxes back from my previous lender. COMPLETE LIE! What actually ended up happening was my loan increased over $4k to cover closing costs (not taxes) and I never received escrowed taxes back from previous lender because they needed to be paid for my taxes. I have over 30 emails of him tell me that I would have no "out-of-pocket" expenses and my loan would not be increased to cover any closing costs - it would be up to me if I wanted to increase the loan, to cover year-end taxes, and have some cash on hand from previous lender. An utter fabrication of the truth. After it was all said and done, this guy still works there. I completed my re-finance at the end of December 2016 and have been screwed out of over four thousand dollars. To date (04/04/17), he is still employed there. I'm honestly surprised he didn't get fired. That alone shows the integrity of this company as they stand by an employee's lies to close the deal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will need to be very well versed in mortgages, financing, and closing to ensure you are not duped by a quick and easy scam. I have attached a screenshot of a final email I sent to his superior (Tarah McLeod). She promised to let me know within 30 days of closing how she could re-finance my new mortgage and bring my total costs down. Guess what, I have not received a single piece of communication from them since. STAY AWAY EVERYONE!! TRUST ME ON THIS!

Excellent Company to do business with! Just wanted to thank you guys for making the process as easy as possible.
