It used to be great when driver thru was open at 8:00 am.

The drive thru staff is slow. It takes about 20-30 mins to even get a transaction taken care. My roommate uses this place and i have to drive him so i hate the waiting game.

It woild be great if people using the drive-thru would have their Paperwork filled out BEFORE hand as it's RUDE to make others wait because your to lazy to have everything ready! Should have a sign like Livonia Credit Union Drive-thru who won't wait on customers who aren't prepared because they can simply walk inside, get a deposit/withdrawal slip and not hold up the line! Love Downriver CU and wish it were still open @ 8am
