Carla the teller ruined my transaction , then refuse to talk to me about it , having to call 5 times due to them putting money in wrong account, horrible customer service and still don't know what happen to my deposite and they policy is to not refund it. And not to tell me when it's settled ? Can't contact gratiot location only the call center horrible customer service
