I have been on hold for 20 minutes and 23 seconds to ask the simple question of whether they offer HSA accounts. I finally gave up and hung up. Too many banks in the world for this. Sorry.

A year later, I tried to call again to find out about opening a business checking account. After jumping through numerous hoops to even get a live person, who ended up being in another state and knew very little, I gave up.
