Dort Federal Credit Union in Davison, MI

In 2015 i was told I wasn't welcome there because they suffered a loss on a credit card when I filed bankruptcy back in 2008. My mortgage is still with them. Fair huh. And yes, an office employee at the Davison branch told me that! Hurt me as a human being, not to mention the nerve to actually say that while in her office. I left with tears and she offered no apology or sympathetic ear. Chase has treated me right so far 100%. Dort also changes your monthly mortgage amount anytime they want if you have had it modified....to make up for their errors! Ya can't win an argument even when you're right.

This is the more UNPROFESSIONAL place I've been to in a long time. Nothing is private. People are allowed to cut you in line. I can't stand this place. Taking my money and leaving!

This is the worst credit union I've ever dealt with. My problems started with the location on Pierson rd in Flint. The employees there had the worst attitudes and a genuine contempt for everyone who came through the door. After going in to close my account I was talked into switching to do my business at the location in Davison. While I will say the staff is much more polite they don't seem to have a clue about what's going on with your account. I had an open loan and when I switched jobs I let them know while I was in there doing other banking with a personal banker in the back. I gave my updated pay information and from there I thought I would be all set. All of a sudden I start getting letters in the mail about how i'm past due and need to get caught up. Confused I go into my Davison branch and while talking to a teller they assure me all is well with the loan it shows past due because its paid biweekly. That was last month. Today I get another call that I'm 190.00 past due. When questioned about how that's even possible all I got was a verbal shoulder shrug. I will be switching to Elga Credit Union tomorrow morning.

I love my credit union. They have been more than willing to work with me on loans. Help me build my credit. I wouldn't change a thing.
