Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch in Commerce Charter Township, MI

I've been with Charter One for over 10 years now. I decided to open up another checking and saving account with them after a teller convinced me that I can get additional benefits from the new accounts (I had old accounts). The benefits would come in the form of earned interest at a certain rate. After opening up the accounts, I discovered that the information the teller provided was completely incorrect and the accounts did not provide anything. In the end I wasted two hours setting up the accounts on a Saturday morning. That was three years ago. More recently, I opened up business accounts with Charter One. They have now started charging $9.99 maintenance fees if there is little activity. Long story short, I'm closing the business accounts and going to a different bank.
