Worst credit union ever, the staff is soooo slow they can't do deposit in savings & checking after I leave there I have to do phone transfer myself & that's after waiting in line for 45 minutes

Love the credit union itself but I have sat in this drive thru for 30 minutes. Edited one week later. However once they were aware of the inconvenience they promptly mailed me an apology letter with a Visa Gift Card. This goes to show you that you do matter.

I have been going to this location for over 5 years. The service has always been great. I did have a issue once with my line of credit, where it was closed without my knowledge till it was to late. Rebekah Monroe the Marketing Manager, was able to solve my account issue and was very transparent with what happened to caused this issue in the first place.

I've tried to go to the drive thru multiple times before work during the hours listed on their website, first couple times nobody was there on time... this time the two tellers just sat behind the glass, one staring at me and one counting money. They probably shouldn't list their opening time as 8am if nobody is going to be ready to open, just saying.
