OMG WORST customer service ever!!!! I spoke to a lady named Grace Calcaterra who could have cared less if I am a customer with them. She told me she was the person in charge and no one besides the president Ken was higher but he wouldnt talk to me . They charged me a $50 fee for not using my account and NEVER notified me. When I called regarding this she just said oh well nothing I can do. I have never in my life talked to someone so rude! Christian Financial is a way better credit union to go to at least they don't steal your money:) I will be sure to Yelp, foursquare, instagram, google and tweet all about your theft policy.. It will be worth every penny of my hard earned $50.

They started charging $2 to use their ATM, even if you're a credit union member with a Co-op card. When I switch credit unions to a local one, it won't be to this one.

Unbelievable.....my husband and went in to sign loan documents. We drove 45 minutes there....I asked for use of their restroom while we waited. I was told "we don't have one for public use". I had to leave the credit union and drive to a local drug store to use their restroom. Last business we will.do with this organization.

These people are amazing, I'm not sure which one I got my loan through but Daniella? is the one working on my loan. They accidentally mis-typed the vin number on my vehicle so I wasn't able to get an account set up until we printed up a new contract and I signed it. She picked it up that day and called me today to get an updated license photo. She then offered to drive my account info to me after work so I would be able to make my payment on time. Give that girl a raise! Thank you so much!!!
