Seriously worst customer service !! So there's this Referrals deal they have where you get $150 towards your payment for each person you refer, well I did that so my payment would of been $60 and they took $210 even after Jackie wrote detailed note for them to take only $60 and also I called the morning of to make sure they didn't mess it up and take only $60 ... nope couldn't follow directions and sad part is it was the REGIONAL MANAGER!!! Unbelievable ! My husband and I have gotten a few vehicles from them and we will never again and will never refer anyone to this place ! Go Somewhere else there's lots of places for people with no credit or bad credit
