THE GOOD: Stellar customer service - hands down. Now I must say that I have some issues on a corporate level, but that's a separate issue. The clerks at the Caseville Branch of Independent bank provide superb service with a smile every time, and they bend over backwards to make the customer happy. THE BAD: Corporate rules which don't make sense. Tellers should be given much deserved raises. FINAL WORD: I highly recommend Caseville Independent Bank. The staff at the Caseville Independent Bank are real human beings who understand customer service. The corporate level management of Independent Bank should be learning from the members of this branch, and rewarding them for the education -- just as they would if they hired an outside training company. Or maybe Independent Bank would be better off without corporate level management altogether.
