Team One Credit Union in Caro, MI

(Speaking in terms of the Caro office) This is the best credit union(banks included) that I've ever experienced. Always a great experience to go or call in. A couple examples: I got my first Auto loan this year, set up for direct payment. I was unaware that if you make the payment it still pulls the payment. So I ended up paying twice which(since I didn't realize) resulted in a negative balance and an overdraft charge. Not only did team one reimburse the payment but removed the charge, and it was my own fault! My boyfriend and I were researching buying our first house, so we scheduled an appointment with their mortgage professional. We bring all of our paperwork in and sit down to discuss. Before she even ran our credit( which we all know hard inquiries lower your score) she went over EVERYTHING. Thanks to her process (unsure if it's company or just her) we realized we needed to work on our credit to get a reasonable interest rate. Then she made notes for us on the quickest ways to raise our credit scores and since has helped with that process at no charge. These are just two examples, other companies I've dealt with have NEVER offered the kind of customer service Team One offers.
