Had trouble going through another bank, called Doug and Tom they were understanding and finishing our loan quickly and with no problems at all.

This was my first time buying a home. From the moment we started the process Doug and Tom were awesome. They were there pretty much available anytime of the day that I needed anything. I could email them at 7/8 o'clock at night and receive a response when my expectation was to not see anything in till the next day. My whole experience was seamless even with problems that occurred.
