Totally unprofessional staff from top to bottom. Every employee is inadequately trained, and the Manager (Ms. Teigeler) was nothing but confrontational and verbally abusive. I am a 30 year professional in the automotive customer service profession, and my experience with this office was BY FAR the most outrageous example of how NOT to treat a customer that I have ever witnessed! I would not do business with this branch again for any reason...I drove 50 miles to go to another service provider.

I went to this place told I would get same day cash, I make $21 an hour $33 overtime I showed my pay stubs logged into my bank and showed proof of $1400 direct deposits filled out all the paper to be told sorry corporate has to review your application and will take 20 days for them to review. When I asked why she gave me no reason at all. I come home and check my credit report and there was an inquiry on my report. For one if I good credit I would get a payday loan second they should tell you they do credit checks. Dont go to this place unless you have good credit and want an inquiry on your credit report.
