Fifth Third Bank & ATM in Berrien Springs, MI

I struggled with this branch of 5/3 for nearly 3 years because it's within walking distance of my house. Looking back I'm not sure whether my bad experience was do more to the banks overall policies or the inconsistencies and general lack of knowledge and customer service of the local employees. I'm leaning toward the latter. Not everyone I've spoken to has shared my experience though. Take a look at some of my other reviews to get a feel for my personal tastes.

This was the first bank I signed up with when I came to Andrews. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting me setup. No issues during my time with them.

My experience with this branch was enough that I closed my accounts and will not be opening one again. I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but the poor customer service, attitudes of the banking staff, and cumbersome policies were too much. I advise you to take your money elsewhere.
