They have no "programs" to offer, they only help fill out paperwork with your lender, and this is something the lender already does. Bay Area Housing, Inc gives poor advice, such as taking a "forbarance" or smaller payment for a set amount of time at the end of which you must make up the entire difference, or hope and pray that your lender will do a modification. This leads home owners to be in even further risk of losing their homes. Diane and Jessica, that run this place are not friendly and certainly not looking out for any home owners best interest, just their paycheck from the State of Michigan and HUD. BEWARE of using their services, unless you want to lose your home quickly!
