Told to wait for a banker in there sitting area. Was never helped. Asked for help and ignored. Good decision to close account. Will not be going back to 53rd.

The bank no longer has a personal touch. They charge you for everything and when you have an issue there is "no one" in the building authorized to fix it! Unless the manager just lies and tells you that he is not authorized to get you to go away... Either way I would recommend a credit union.
